Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility


  • Return Window: You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags, cords, and components intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or delivery confirmation is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-engraved pieces, final-sale items, and products damaged by improper use are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return


  1. Email our support team at huozeng0312@163.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)

  2. We will reply within 24–48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

3. Shipping & Fees


  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped by us.
  • Free Return: For defective/incorrect orders, we will provide a prepaid USPS/UPS label and cover all shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the item is returned in less-than-perfect condition.

5. Exchanges


Exchanges for the same or equivalent item are available within the 15-day window. Follow the return process above and note “Exchange” in your email. We will ship the new item once the return is received and inspected.
