Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Return Window: You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags, cords, and components intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or delivery confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-engraved pieces, final-sale items, and products damaged by improper use are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email our support team at huozeng0312@163.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)
We will reply within 24–48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.
Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

3. Shipping & Fees

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped by us.
Free Return: For defective/incorrect orders, we will provide a prepaid USPS/UPS label and cover all shipping costs.
Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the item is returned in less-than-perfect condition.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for the same or equivalent item are available within the 15-day window. Follow the return process above and note “Exchange” in your email. We will ship the new item once the return is received and inspected.
